  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer, as agreed upon.
